Reporting problems related to discrimination or inappropriate behavior

Below you will find the key information regarding the new procedures for reporting discrimination or inappropriate behavior at WUST:

  • Reports are handled by the Anti-Discrimination Committee established by ZW 101/2024.
  • A report of discrimination or inappropriate behavior may be submitted in writing (using the designated form). However, if you prefer to report in a different form, please contact Ms. Dominika Baryło by phone from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM or arrange a meeting by sending an email.

  • In order for the Committee to consider the report, all necessary information must be provided to make the case plausible, including: a clear explanation of the allegation (description of the behavior and its context), the identity of the person (first and last name) or identification of the group affected by discrimination, and the identification of the person responsible for the reported behavior.
  • The Committee should conclude the proceedings within 3 months from the date of receiving a complete report.

Anti-corruption measures

Cases of corruption should be reported using the form submitted to the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Anti-Corruption, Professor Krzysztof Cebrat.

Anti-mobbing measures

Cases of mobbing should be reported in writing in accordance with the procedure described in the appendix to ZW 88/2015, directly to the Rector.

Resolving conflicts among employees of WUST

The Conciliation Committee aims to resolve employment-related conflicts between employees in an amicable manner.

  • The Committee initiates proceedings based on a request submitted in writing or orally (recorded in a protocol) by the employee.
  • The request should include: the employee's full name, job title, place of residence, a description of the nature of the dispute, a statement of demands, a description of the relevant facts if possible, the date, and the employee’s signature.
  • Requests can be submitted from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM at the following address:
