Support at WUST
If you are a student or staff member at WUST and you experience or witness discrimination or inappropriate behavior at the university, you have the right to report the case to the Anti-Discrimination Committee. Before reaching out, please familiarize yourself with the procedure for reporting incidents of discrimination or inappropriate behavior.
University support for individuals with special needs
At WUST, the Department of Accessibility works in cooperation with the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Accessibility, Prof. Katarzyna Jach, to provide broad support for individuals with special needs (including persons with disabilities), both students and staff members.
The Department provides:
- Psychological support in both Polish and English for students and staff
- Educational support for employees of WUST through a set of handbooks developed as part of the New Opportunities Polytechnic program
- Expert assistance from Accessibility Leaders – specially trained staff members at WUST
The Foreign Languages Centre also provides support for individuals with special needs in the context of language learning.
