6th Convention of The Academic Network for Safety and Equality at Wrocław University of Science and Technology
The 6th Convention of The Academic Network for Safety and Equality (ASBiR) took place at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. It's an annual meeting of people who have long been engaged in promoting openness, safety, and equality at Polish universities. This year’s event was held under the theme “Well-being and Workplace Culture” and created a space for discussion, exchange of experiences, and joint efforts to develop solutions supporting the well-being of the Academic Community.
The Academic Network for Safety and Equality is not only a forum for sharing good practices, but also a platform for real cooperation aimed at systemic change. Members of the Network work together to develop solutions, support one another, and cooperate with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to influence both the everyday functioning of universities and the broader higher education system in Poland.
This year’s convention was filled with inspiring presentations, meaningful reflections, and valuable discussions. We would like to thank everyone who took part for their active engagement, openness to dialogue, and commitment to building a space based on respect and cooperation. It is through meetings like these that a more supportive and inclusive academic environment can be created.
